Sample approval should identify the exact drawing revision, material, colour, assembly and test conditions. Include critical dimensions and minimum wall checks rather than relying only on a signed appearance sample. Decide which inspections apply to every part and which use an agreed sampling plan. Trace resin lot, production batch and approved process records to the shipment. Close sample issues before production approval. Later deviations require written disposition; an urgent delivery date should not silently change acceptance limits.

- Resin grade, data sheet and batch traceability
- Nominal wall, minimum wall and inspection map
- Critical interfaces, datums and tolerance
- Test conditions and pass/fail limits
