Large flat panels need a deliberate stiffness and appearance strategy. Investigate contours, hollow ribs and support locations before making the entire part thicker. Injection-style narrow solid ribs cannot simply be transferred into a rotomolded design. For a robot cover, separate the cosmetic surface from the precision mounting structure where appropriate. Check deformation with the part installed, after cooling and under the stated service load. An attractive rendering does not show creep or long-term panel movement.

What to send for a useful review
- Static load, impact, vibration and mounting
- Nominal wall, minimum wall and inspection map
- Critical interfaces, datums and tolerance
- Test conditions and pass/fail limits
Agree acceptance before tooling
General guidance. Validate resin, geometry and assembly in actual operating conditions. This is not a product certification or production commitment.
Robot, AMR & AGV housings
Evaluate covers, bases and service enclosures for mobile robots. Large curved hollow forms may suit rotomolding. Mounting accuracy, cooling and sensor clearances need review. Precision frames, drives and safety systems require their own manufacturing routes.
