Agree acceptance before tooling
Define what will be accepted before production. The supplied product brochure describes material traceability, process monitoring, dimensional checks, visual inspection and functional testing according to application. Project documents should identify drawing revision, approved grade, critical dimensions, wall map, test methods, sampling and change authorization. Request current certificates with the actual holder, validity and scope. Catalogue references to quality systems or machinery conformity do not establish certification of your product.
